The VA should be able to write English well and have good grammar. Most of the work will be online and through emails but some verbal communication will be needed. An accent is not a problem, although the person should speak English well enough to be able to communicate with me, my staff and customers on occasion.

I am looking for one person to work with and prefer not to have multiple virtual assistants working with me. I do have some projects related to our web site that I would be willing to have an additional virtual assistant work on, since special skills such as knowledge of PHP and CSS is required.

It would be a plus if the VA knew basic web work and could handle basic image work with Photoshop and Dreamweaver, however, this is not a prerequisite.

I want to find someone that can work 5 or 6 days a week, but I must have someone available on Saturdays, so if the person worked 5 days a week, they could take another day off during the week.

Strong writing skills and quick data entry is a must, because a lot of the work required is working on our database and online catalog, writing ad copy and doing price and technical data entry.

I am hoping I can find someone in the range of $4 to $7 per hour., and am getting bids from various VA sites. This is a full time position.

I prefer to find a VA that is working at an office or facility as opposed to working from their home, and whom has a fast internet connection, so we can communicate by web cam.
